Default Best Movie Scene Tournament: Round 2 - Group 21 of 32

During the second round of The Best Movie Scene Tournament, please vote for up to four movie scenes you would like to move onto the next round. The top four movie scenes will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given movie scene receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do watch each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a movie scene well, it's still worth watching for a refresher.

Please remember that his tournament is for Best Scene, not Best Movie.
It's important to therefore judge each nomination on its individual merits and NOT by the entire movie.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

    The nominees are:

First Transformation - An American Werewolf in London (1981)

"What's Your Favorite Scary Movie?" - Scream (1996)

Lobby Shootout - The Matrix (1999)

Opening scene - Reservoir Dogs (1992)

Ending scene - Saving Private Ryan (1998)

Alien Experiments - Fire in the Sky (1993)

I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but isn't this scene kinda married to "Earn This" in a lot of ways? I realize it's probably hard at this point to change out, but FWIW.

I thought of this during the nominating process, but I didn't say anything. I kind of lost track of it and didn't realize they both made it in.

Not to start shit, but I believe you were the one that nominated both scenes.

The first Matrix is a sci-fi gem, and that lobby shootout scene is a visual feast. Love it.
