Is it like everyone says, as you file out they give you a book. As simple as that and just pray you get lucky?

Yup, exactly like that. On the way out they had stacks of books on the left and right. You went to one side, handed a person a wristband, and got handed a book in return.

I think the signed copies had the dust jacket marking the page that was signed so if you look carefully you might be able to see those copies and ask for one? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was 2 for 2 on signed copies tonight. Meet-up before was a lot of fun! The venue was a little bit warm and no elevated stage made it kinda hard to see. But both Kings were in good humour...and getting 2 signed copies put me in good humour.

Great evening tonight. The King's gave us a great show and you could feel they had a great time. Peter Straub was in the audience and no they didn't write The Talisman 3 backstage (I was there so I know for sure). I had one ticket and got one signed book so that was great. Meet up with a few others from this forum. I'm sorry I have already forgotten everyone's names here on the forum but I'm sure they post here when they get a chance. It was a lot of fun. Only downside was that they church was hot like hell but once it started you forgot all about that :-)

It was random. You couldn’t choose a book. You are handed a copy when you turned in your wristband.



It was a lot of fun. I enjoyed meeting up with the forum members. One of the best parts.

Considering the doors to the venue open up at 5pm for the 6:30 start, perhaps we should schedule the get together for 2PM-4:30PM. No one need be there promptly at 2PM, but prizes would be given out near the end (must be present to win).
