Sentinel might not come back and he was probably unaware of the rules. The first movie scene (The Untouchables) that he seconded, should be counted, wait five nominations and then count the other second for Braveheart.
Using that logic, both seconds can already be counted.
If Sentinel returns, then he will just have to wait for 5 nominations/seconds from the point the second for Braveheart is counted, before he nominates/seconds again.
Oh, and I second Bill's "Merovingian" scene from The Matrix Reloaded.

Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford - Train Robbery Scene
2007
Director: Andrew Dominik
Spoiler:
I love this film and it contains some of the best cinematography. There are so many great scenes in this film, but I'm going to nominate the train robbery scene. The lighting in this scene is amazing. The use of shadows and the music. It's just a very beautiful scene.

NOMINATION # 7
Scene: Leadership Speech
Movie: Scent of a Woman
Year: 1992
Director: Martin Brest

A truly stunning performance that would earn Al Pacino the Academy Award for Best Actor, the speech in this scene talks as much to leadership as any class at an Ivy league university. Both Mesmerizing and spectacular in its delivery, This is undoubtedly one of the greatest - if not THE greatest oratory moments in the history of cinema. Hoo-ah!
The full scene was not available, so I had to upload the entire movie. The scene starts at 2:12:20 and finishes at 2:28:41.

I got your back. Things have settled down, but I'm still finding it hard to keep track of things. Maybe it's my OCD. It's a lot of work for just one person, so I've created a Google Sheets to help keep track of things. Hopefully it's easy to understand for people.
Please feel free to update it regularly. In fact, the idea is for us to update it so we don't have to just depend on Matt. I'm hoping to hyperlink each scene in the document eventually.
Also, you will notice at the bottom of the sheet it says when the Sheet was last updated. When updating, right click on that tab and put the last post # so we know where we left off. I hope this helps. Thanks.

I've got everything updated except for the individual lists. thanks Mike. I wanted to do that too. I made it (I hope) more aesthetically pleasing. I'll make up a second spreadsheet inside the same link for logs of individual seconds/noms.
