I think this is the 'rights factor' kicking in. People know that Suntup has officially said that if you own a S/L Misery, you have rights to the next King book at publishing price. You don't have to buy any other publication that they produce, just Misery.

Of course, it's a big IF whether that next King book will happen or not, but people are willing to pay extra just for the chance.

What's amazing is that this is Suntup's first book. Sure the Dragon Rebounds and the EOTD Portfolio established Paul as a King-fu master, but people are selling kidneys (I assume) to get in on the ground floor without ever having seen a Suntup book!

That’s quite a price. It sure raised my eyebrows. I’m flattered by it and the comments I’ve been reading. I’ve actually made some upgrades to that edition. A post will be going out this week about it.
