"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
Did anyone see the changes Paul did to the numbered S\L book. It looks like he changed the color the case as well as putting a Title and Author stamp on the case. I wonder if he did that for the book as well (the stamp that is).
I like it a lot.
Yep.

I see what you’re saying, Mike. I can’t remember exactly how it looked before but it does seem different.

I'm waiting to hear that I won the PC edition of Hill House!
I can dream right?
Yes, just making some tweaks as we get further into production on Hill House. I tend to refine and enhance the deeper we get into it. So I loaded some updated designs for the enclosures. There's also a small design update to the numbered book which will follow. One 'upgrade' I made was that we ended up printing both editions letterpress.
It's funny, I've had a few people remind me to put the key in their copy when I pack. My memory isn't as good as it used to be, so thanks everyone for the reminders. For some reason though, I only have one key. Oh, wait, I remember. I'm only giving away one lettered edition. I can be very mean sometimes.
Oh well. I will happy with whatever I can get from Suntup.
If you guys haven't checked out the HHH page again, I suggest you do. Paul added something really cool to the front of the book.

It looks to me like a stained glass window. Pretty freaking awesome. I really have to commend Paul for doing these things that make the book better.
HHH does look fantastic.
I probably missed this, but...what's up with the countdown at the top of the page (which seems to be counting down to a few minutes after noon (NY time) Th 9/27/18 )?
Eastasia has always taught college students to feel pride or shame according to their race.
Big clue! What book involves a countdown? Running Man?!
