FYI; THREE MORE WATERSTONE CHOO CHOOS CHEWED UP IN MAIL. After weeks tracking package while sat various places "In Transit to destination" My 3 arrived today with what is left of the Waterstones sleeve placed inside a special plastic bag which has a WE CARE stated above a paragraph apologizing for the condition of the delivered package. At least it kept what was left together. The original box also had USPS stickers on it, one saying "Received Unsealed" and another stating, "Damaged by Mechanical Equipment, Please Accept our Apology" All books and Slipcases were damaged. Prints okay.

Add me to the list of 3rd printing copies from CD - maybe I will still get my replacement before RF's UK limited arrives...
3rd printing from CD for me as well.
based on the % of people who received a damaged book just on this site alone and the total number of orders that must have shipped to the US, it would seem a mint copy of this UK limited book is going to be increasingly hard to find. it reminds me of the Shining debacle...
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

On a brighter note, thanks to a member here for obtaining an AE (anomaly edition) for me.
I received an AE copy from CD as well.
I'm looking for #432 if anyone wants to trade. I will check my number when I get home and post it here.

yeah - I'd say #914 & #916. As I said, very sloppy numbering

Yeah, I guess we know now why they only shipped us 500 copies at first and said the rest were coming very soon. Sigh... This is, obviously, a huge problem and a bummer for us as well. We'll take back any copies you ordered from us and refund shipping, of course. Just email Mindy at order@cemeterydance.com to make the arrangements. Sorry again!

Well, the good news to all this is.....my chances have now doubled in locating my needed number to match my Dark Tower set.

At what point does one get irritated and bitch to the USPS and to Waterstones?
My book seems to be in customs in San Francisco for 20 days now.
