    Default Great Music - Round 2: 1990-1994 (Group 11 of 16)

During the second round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to three tracks you would like to move onto the next round. The top three tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

The nominees are (please let me know if any video doesn't play for you):

    Pearl Jam - Alive (1991)

    Pearl Jam - Black (1991)

Warren G feat. Nate Dogg - Regulate (1994)

Van Halen - Right Now (1991)

Haddaway - What Is Love (1993)

By a weird fluke of seeding, two Pearl Jam tunes off the Ten album ended up in this group. And due to the strength of the other three tunes, I will be skipping them both, personally. Never a big PJ fan, though. (I'd go with "Black" as an honorable fourth, I guess.)

I hope "Regulate" gets some solid love. What a smooth track. And it's too bad we got so few of those cool '90s dance tunes like "What Is Love" in the tournament.

With less than 24 hours to go we have a three-way tie for second and third with the two Pearl Jam tracks and "What Is Love", with "Regulate" not far back.
