The DT saga is complete, I dont think that it could be advanced, since it has started over.
That said, I think that more DT works could be published in a LotR fashion. Not advancing the story, but telling some of the side tails, and filling in some of the gaps.
But as far as a book that starts where 7 left off, well Id say thats pretty unlikely, for good reason.

I have not seen a finished Dark Tower manuscript among them but I also didn't see the poems that have recently become available."
