David has one listed at Bett's for $325. That seems high to me, but he's usually close on his pricing.

Yes that seems way high, would have guessed $150-$200. But hey whatever someone is willing to pay

I sold one on eBay for 200.00 in fine condition recently.
The ones I see going in the 300.00 range are the ones still in shrink wrap.
People are still looking and hoping for those remarqued copies.

I noticed that too. That's why you get the higher prices.

Yes am am implying that. In fact, I declare that. King's signature has changed quite a bit (not as nice looking IMO) from 1987 to 2017.

IMO, two identical condition copies of "Misery" where one is signed circa 1987-1990, compare with one signed in the last couple of years would be quite different in price. In this example (different titles would change the difference in price), I say $100 more for the earlier sig compared the the recent one.

Thus VG true 1st US trade signed circa late 80's-$300+.
VG true 1st US trade signed in the last few years, $200+.

    Add 33% for Fine condition.

I agree with that pricing RF. 70s-80s sigs bring a premium $

How much, percentage wise, do you think a personalized blind embossed stamp (no ink, just emboss) effects the value of a King limited edition? (Stamped on one of the inside pages)
Wanted: Human skin edition of The Book of the Dead. Will accept PC copy.

Prior Owners' Mark could negatively impact the value by 10-20%.

S/L CUJO just sold at Betts for $675 that had a stamp. Current market value for that S/L in new condition is $750ish.
S/L Cycle w/Original Artwork also for sale at a good price. Hasn't sold yet...

That being said, some collectors have no issue with prior stamps and may pay full market value!

    My two cents..
