Actually, I think it showed up several times after it's release, but then it kinda dissapeared. I didn't find one in the last two or three months. Maybe this moment is not the best to sell it, but if the lack of them continues, maybe in six months it's value would be higher.

    What do you think?

Wow, it's been a really long time since I last made a post here...
(Not really collecting much anymore, happy with what I have)

Any thoughts on the current value of a Wizard & Glass ARC with artwork?
That's the only one on my sell list that I wasn't able to move last year.

I haven't seen any sold recently. Many sellers, but no buyers.

Beefyreef has had a copy on sale on ebay for months at $245, (no prints) but has no buyers.
Betts has had a copy on sale for months at $250, (no prints) but has no buyers.

Overlook Connection has one with prints for $350, but again it has been on sale for a long time.

I think you would be lucky to get $200 these days.

I think $200-225 is about right these days.

Any idea what an original US paperback of "The Long Walk" is worth nowadays?

It's a first edition as Richard Bachman, not a later reprint.

It's got very mild shelf wear (some rubbing parallel along the spine on the front and back causing very mild wearing of red color). The corners are still sharp and not "puffy" or separating into layers or anything.

The spine is unbroken, it lays flat (I doubt it's ever been read), and there's no fading or any other type of damage (water, etc.).

I got it at a used bookstore in college back in 1994 or 1995 where a clerk didn't know what it was and just stuck it under "B", priced $2.00 in pencil on the first page.

Any idea what it would go for now?

Prices start from $15 on ABE depending on condition.

A UK one went for $9.61

    I would say about $35-$45

I might be looking for a few proofs...

Wondering what consensus is on prices for the following:

    Hearts in Atlantis
    Regulators
    Desperation
    Insomnia
    Thinner
Dreamcatcher UK (is this one the complete novel or an excerpt?)
    Nightmares and Dreamscapes UK
    Delores Claiborne UK

    Any thoughts are appreciated!

Any thoughts on a price range for a S/L Cycle of the Werewolf (not with the sketch or signed portfolio)

The Collector values it at $1,500-$1,850, but that seems high to me.

    Anyone have one for sale?

I just bought a Cycle of the Werewolf for $675 shipped and insured.

Based on Jerome's appraisal above, I got a good price. Maybe not great (if I had gotten it for $500 I would say great)....but definitely good.

And with that, I close out my book buying for 2009.

Thoughts on the price of a 'Salem's Lot gift edition, the traycase (from The Collector), AND the prints from Centipede press that can be placed inside the traycase?
All are new and in fact are still sealed from the original shipper.

In my book collector software I keep for record my copy is valued at $400.

I study Ebay sales and book movement across the internet almost on a daily basis. You don't see that complete set come around often. In fact, the limitation of the Jerry N. Uelsmann pictures from Jerad brings an extra added value that many don't realize.

Some may say my value is set to high. It's just what I think.

I agree with Ralph. $400 seems fair, especially since it includes the pictures.
