Absolutely love my copy - what a great job Paul did - kudo's
Paul, just out of curiosity, why did you scrap the 3rd prototype with the marbled boards? It looks pretty cool. Were there issues with it?
Looking for:
- Philtrum Press Eyes of the Dragon RED #165
- Fine Viking Eyes of the Dragon proof
I'm thrilled! It's gorgeous.
The red leather is painted gold at the edge of the black Caiman. The Caiman overlays the red leather.
That's correct. It does look green in the pictures, but it's black
"One day you're going to figure out that everything they taught you was a lie."
Beautiful! Can't wait for mine.
That website is awesome Paul! Loving the company logo!
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
Don't open.
Green book
What does everyone think about adding this to the Collectibles Catalog and listing the owners of each copy?
I'm sure no one will be selling, but good to keep track for future posterity?

I'd say no on the Catalog, but a dedicated thread would be ok. As always, some people don't want to divulge their limitation #/Letter.
Okay, those are just plain effing awesome! I am now very sorry that I decided not to go for a copy despite being on the initial list of interested members. Congratulations to everyone who secured a copy and KUDOS to Paul. Loved the website as well.
Paul donated a copy for our Fundraiser. Look for it to go up for auction in the near future.
Well, I hope that whoever wins it will get the opportunity to have it signed by King!

I don't want to reveal mine.
I have Letter F for F Yeah this is an awesome book
Ladies and Gentleman, my envy is broad and deep. Congratulations to you all and to Paul, for a truly spectacular collectible...
Congrats all on securing your copies! Absolutely gorgeous. Very well done, Paul!
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
I would have no issue giving out my letter can't imagine why you wouldn't want that... Maybe a member or whatever would want that particular letter and make you an offer you cannot refuse.... But how would that member know... Should you not reveal the letter you have..
