I agree about Legends. Catiy Lotz is good, but Wentworth Miller and Arthur Darvill made the show for me. Probably why I didn't enjoy the first half of this season as much as the first season.

Thought I was going to really hate this episode, because anytime Barry gets around Supergirl, the writers turn him into a teenager, and because I like Flash, not Glee, and because the whole premise of the episode was lame, but there was a little bit of story in the episode and I was able to make fun of the song numbers. Barry singing to Iris at the end was one of the worst things I've ever seen on tv. Please don't crossover with these two ever again.

I don't mind the Supergirl crossovers, I just don't want another musical episode. Honestly makes me glad I watch these things on VOD so I can skip through to relevant parts. I mostly just wish the crossovers had more "weight". They always seem like just filler and never really have anything to do with the main plot of the show.

What did everyone think of the Legends of Tomorrow finale?

    Spoiler:
I liked it well enough, but it seemed kinda odd to me for them to kill off the Reverse Flash. Though I'm sure they'll contrive some way to bring him back for either Flash or Legends (just not as the main villain). Other than that I really hope the Rip Hunter character isn't leaving the show for good. He's probably one of the best parts of the show for me and you could really feel his absence for the first half of this season.

I'm digging it. Apparently it's not connected to the Arrowverse, but maybe that's only initially. Like Supergirl. I don't see them not crossing over in some way,

During a chat on the red carpet yesterday, Black Lightning star Cress Williams said he wouldn't rule out an eventual team-up, even though the network said that his show doesn't exist in the Arrowverse (actually, Pedowitz said it doesn't "at this point").

“I think it would be interesting down the line,” Williams said. “Eventually we’re going to have probably three superheroes on our show with me and the daughters. Once we become some kind of team, it would be great to go as a team onto another show. It’s going to be fun developing that, because with every good thing, there’s going to be a lot of wrinkles.”

Season 5 of Arrow is now on Netflix, so all 2016-17 Arrowverse seasons are now available for binging (bingeing?).

So, it's not technically the Arrowverse, but what the heck. Who knows what crossovers await us:

    http://www.comingsoon.net/tv/news/94...ce-gets-a-name
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have announced that their upcoming DC digital service officially has a name now, and it’s simply DC Universe!

“The ultimate DC membership,” DC Universe is a first-of-its kind, immersive digital experience designed just for DC fans with a membership including unlimited access to the following exclusive original series: Titans, the live-action TV series based on the teenage heroes; Young Justice: Outsiders, the long-awaited continuation of the fan-favorite animated series; and Harley Quinn, an all-new animated series starring the villain turned anti-hero.

The site for DC Universe notes that the service will offer even more to fans as well. DC Universe is expected to launch later this year.

Titans comes from executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter. In the action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others. Fans can expect Titans to be a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.

In Young Justice: Outsiders, the teenage Super Heroes of the DC Universe come of age in an animated world of super-powers, Super-Villains and super secrets. In the highly-anticipated new season, the team faces its greatest challenge yet as it takes on meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy. Equally praised by critics and viewers for its impressive visuals and rich storytelling, Young Justice reached more than 25 million unique viewers in each of its two seasons on Cartoon Network. This passionate fan support set the stage for the new third season.

The Harley Quinn animated series will feature Poison Ivy and a number of familiar DC villains and heroes. The series will be written and executive produced by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey and will focus on Harley after she finally ends things with her love/partner in crime the Joker. She attempts to become the “criminal Queenpin of Gotham City.”

A Harley & Ivy series? Yes, please

Ah what the heck, let's put this here as well I guess:

    http://www.comingsoon.net/tv/news/94...es-set-at-epix
The DC Entertainment universe continues to grow as the MGM-owned premium cable network Epix has handed out a 10-episode, straight-to-series order for Pennyworth, a Batman prequel that will tell the origin story of the caped crusader’s best friend and butler, Alfred Pennyworth.

The drama helms from Gotham showrunner Bruno Heller and is based on DC characters created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. The series is not a Gotham spinoff but is reportedly an entirely new story exploring Alfred’s origins as a former British SAS soldier who forms a secret company and goes to work with Bruce’s billionaire father, Thomas Wayne, in 1960’s London. Sean Pertwee, who plays Alfred on FOX’s recently renewed Gotham, is not involved with the new project.

Heller will serve as writer and executive producer on Pennyworth, which marks a reunion with Gotham‘s Danny Cannon, who is also executive producing and will direct the pilot. Casting for the series has not yet begun and production will begin later this year. A series premiere is slated for 2019.

Epix president Michael Wright said: “As genuine fans of these classic DC characters, as well as the incredibly talented Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon, we couldn’t be more excited to make Epix the home of this series. We can’t wait to work with Bruno and Danny — along with Peter Roth, Susan Rovner, Brett Paul and the team at Warner Horizon — on this fantastic origin story.”

“Michael and his colleagues have created the perfect venue for original storytelling, and all of us working on Pennyworth are thrilled to be on the Epix slate.”

Pennyworth comes on the heels of Epix’s recent pick up of ABC Signature Studio’s drama series Godfather of Harlem, starring and executive produced by Oscar-winner Forest Whitaker, with Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstein (Narcos) serving as showrunners. Both series are part of a growing slate of Epix originals, which includes the upcoming season two premiere of the critically-acclaimed dark comedy Get Shorty from MGM Television this summer.

OH MY GAWD YES YES YES:

    http://deadline.com/2018/05/batwoman...on-1202393163/
As usual, the CW at its upfront presentation revealed details about the upcoming season’s Arrowverse crossover, a traditional highly-rated annual late-fall event that involves four of the network’s DC superhero series, The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow — conveniently airing on three consecutive nights next season, Sunday-Tuesday.

This year’s event will introduce a new character, Batwoman, Arrow star Stephen Amell and the CW president Mark Pedowitz announced on stage at the presentation. “This is the first time ever that Batwoman make a live-action appearance on any screen,” Pedowitz said, adding that, along with Batwoman, the City of Gotham also will be added to the ever-expanding Arrowverse.

The character Batwoman began appearing in DC Comics stories beginning with Detective Comics #233 in 1956, in which she was introduced as a love interest for Batman. On TV, Batwoman first appeared in animated series Batman: The Brave and the Bold, which premiered on Cartoon Network in 2008. On film, Batwoman appeared in Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman, voiced by Kyra Sedgwick, a 2002 direct-to-video animated film based on animated series The New Batman Adventures. Batwoman also made a cameo in direct-to-video superhero film Batman vs. Robin and appeared in 2016’s Batman: Bad Blood, voiced by Yvonne Strahovski.

Her costume is one of the most badass ones in comics. I cannot wait to see that crimson cape in live action! I wonder who'd they cast as Kate?
