Just how good is this show? A friend at school said that the season two is as good as anything he's seen on tv. Now I see a lot of good stuff, The Wire, SOA, Sopranos, etc. Is this must see tv?

Yes!!! IMO it is the best (and hippest) show currently broadcasting on television. At the very least the best in it's genre: Crime Drama. I don't believe I will be alone in that assertion.

I have to wait until season 2 is complete before I add it to that list above (I'm also adding Breaking Bad to your list).

I will say it's my favorite show of the season so far and I'm actually enjoying it more than season 1, which was really good too.

They were soooo close to the finale type episode and then they pulled back and make us wait!!! LOL Great Television!!! The lawyer was a rip!!!! I was gripping my chair when he had that shotgun in his face!!! I thought for sure he was going to get it!! And the husband & wife that sot of started this chain of events, what a pair!!! I loved, Danson's line "You're a little touched"!!! Great line!!! I was laughing my ass off!!!

I love Nick Offerman. He killed that episode. He was my favorite part of Parks and Rec.

Yes! I loved the scenes over the end credits. Great stuff.

Honestly, even the opening and end credits are fantastic on this show.

I went back and rewatched pat of the first episode of the season.

I can't believe I forgot that the reason Rye got hit by a car was that he was distracted by a UFO.

Does anyone think they will revisit this....or was that the end of it?

Jeffrey Donovan is a fantastic actor. He also was great in a small role this year in Sicario. I think he gave one of the best performances on a stellar cast this year on Fargo. I hope he gets noticed for it.

I first saw Donovan on a short-lived USA show called Touching Evil with Vera Farmiga. I've followed him ever since.

As for his demise, that's what's great about this season of Fargo. There's no template. People can go at any time, doesn't matter how big the character or actor.

He deserves better because he's a real talent. That being said, a show like Fargo is on the big screen level and, as you can tell by the cast, has attracted quite a bit of big screen talent in the first two seasons.

"Hoover" was easier to type. Actually, I just viewed that film the other day. Leo, was awesome in the flick as well. You may be surprised, but I also watch films, as well as you do. Am I being "catty"? Yes, a bit, but the "Giants" fucked up and lost a close one to the, "Jets" and I am in a quandry as to how I feel about that. LOL LOL Holiday season can be both, "Joyous" and "stressful" at the same time. Take a chill pill, Roger Ebert!!! LOL J/K, relax. Who loves ya baby? LOL LOL

Spent the day, "Christmas Shopping" after the Giants/Jets game. Lord, I wish they had some of these toys back when I was a kid!!! LOL LOL Kids today have no idea how "blessed" they are!!!! We had to play in the "dirt"!!! LOL My apologies, I digress!!! LOL LOL LOL

With the current "Whacked standings" I wonder what they have in store for the "finale". Quite a few of the major characters are headed to the clearing. I am also aware that major character deaths are common for this show. Just not totally pleased with how they have met their demise. It is still an absolutely wonderful show and I look forward to what the writers have in store for us. I am relatively certain it will be great!!!

So far, this show does not disappoint!!!! New episode tomorrow!!!!

Oh yeah!!! I loved "Burn Notice". It was a great show!!! They ended it well too. Good timing and such. Bruce was great on that show!!! I'm going to go find me a "Mojito"!!! LOL LOL


Edit: BTW, another good episode this evening!!! Nice touch having, Martin Freeman as the narrator. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be very many cast members surviving for the finale next week!!! LOL Even the sheriff's wife appears down for the count. Looking forward to see how the alien ship figures into all of this!!! LOL LOL What an awesome show!!!
