Lost for words... my favourite King artwork ever.
Outstanding acquisition. Congratulations Tim
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

Amazing Tim CONGRATS!!!!
HOLY SHIT, TIM!!!!!
Speechless...
Great items, Tim. You have put together a wonderful art collection. Congrats!
Damn that's a big box. I wonder what's inside it...
If a red balloon floats out, close it quick and ship it back.

I'm the caretaker of Room 217..............I've always been the caretaker of Room 217
Inversion Table?
I'm more concerned about the large mirror at the top of the photo. It has an ornate frame, which makes me think "old," which makes me wonder if RF is its original owner. If so - ok; if not, well, you don't want to own used mirrors.
Eastasia has always taught college students to feel pride or shame according to their race.
There are two pieces of original art in the package. Both pieces are by Ned Dameron, and are for/from the forthcoming Cemetery Dance publication of "The Stand".
This piece is oil/acrylic on an overlay that has oil/acrylic on canvas giving it a cool layered look. This piece is 36"x24". The other piece is BIGGER!
Super Cool

These pieces are not mine. They will be auctioned for our fundraiser!
This piece is 48"x30"
The first one (you tease) is freaking amazing!
This piece is crazy! It's several boards put together, and can only be described as "mixed media". Dameron overlaid paintings and it gives the piece true 3-D. Hard to see in pics, but take a look at Mother Abigail. Her head was painted on a piece, then glued/adhered to the underlying board. Randall Flaggs chest is textured and truly has "depth" to it.
I've never seen anything like it. My description does not do it justice. 48"x30".
Cemetery Dance will have to confirm, but this might be the wrap-around cover image for one of the versions of The Stand that they publish.
Enjoy!
HOLY F................... When are these going live?

It looks like the individual pieces represent the front, back and spine of the dust jacket and when the combined painting image is reduced it is likely to be proportional to the book dimensions. If that is accurate it would indicate CD has settled on one volume for The Stand.
