"Sons of the Desert." The great Laurel and Hardy film. Much of their work was in shorts, but it holds up and compares to just about anything in film. "The Music Box" may be the single most perfect comedy short. The Marx Brothers (sans the annoying musical interludes) and Chaplin may have greater artistic merit, but L&H were as good as it gets.
