And here it is, the final missing piece to my Cemetery Dance After Market Case collection. THE FDNS Red Tray Case!
A HUGE thank you to Siep Kuijpers to finally relenting and (after much cajoling, pleading and let's be honest, begging) finally agreed to sell me his copy. According to Brian James Freeman at CD, only 60 of these were made, which IMHO firmly puts it in Lettered edition scarcity...
It will, unfortunately, remain empty until I can lay my hands on a 1/100 FDNS Signed Bookclub edition If anyone is looking to sell, please PM me!) but I am very proud to own it.
I'll try and organise a photo of the complete CD cases set, but I'm interested to know if anyone else has them all? This is what I consider the full list:
- Duma Key Slipcase (fits US Trade 1st)
- Under the Dome Black tray case (fits US S/L edition)

"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
Congrats, Simon! That's a sweet looking case.

Also finally arrived today (got stuck at a Mail sorting office) all 3 King signed Limited's of The Colorado Kid (non-matching #'s) Thanks to Kris for these!

ANY S/L #459
Well done on the slipcases, Simon. Dare I ask... do you also have all the Collector slipcases?
Thanks Michaël and no, I don't. I do have some, (Joyland, The Dead Zone, 11/22/63 (which IMHO is one of the best cases ever) and COTW. I havent bought the DT ones because I have the Grant aftermarket ones and for UTD I'm covered by the CD ones. The 'salem's are nice, but it would clash with my matching set from Jeff
