    Still no appearances of either the US or UK proofs on eBay, ABE, etc. Those seem to be really scarce!

    I was thinking about posting the same thoughts. It looks like that is it for the time being. I think I am most surprised about the lack of UK proofs being offered on the usual sites. Where the heck are they?
