Had a look at mine. I have 3 different versions. Quarter bound cloth/leather. Full bound leather. Full cloth.

The full leather bound is the lettered edition. . The quarter bound leather book is the 1/150. The blue cloth bound is the 1/400.
No. The blue cloth is the 1/400 standard edition. The leather/cloth one is the 1/150 deluxe edition. The full leather is the lettered edition.

Do they all have a slipcase?
The lettered are traycased. The signed numbered are slipcased. The unsigned limited did not have a case. They did sell slipcases separately.
