I'm happy to accept help from someone with graphic skills. I could send them several larger images and they could modify them.

Avatar size increase-Test
We are testing how increased avatar sizes will affect the site.
Through the end of the month we are temporarily increasing the size limit on Avatars.
The test limit is 200x200 pixels.
Please save your old small avatar in case we decide to go back to the 100x100 parameter.
Hopefully all will go well and we can keep the larger size!

I did, and it got auto-reduced. Am I doing something wrong? I made a whole new one in paint, 200x200, and it shrunk it down.......
