i think I'll be ok on the dieting my biggest new year resolution for 2009 was to loose weight and I went from this -
(23 stone)
to -
15 stone
like I said I'm stubborn and I'm good at sticking to exercise and I have some gym equipment at home (bike, rowing machine and stepping machine)and I do yoga twice a week so fingers crossed I'll be able to shift the xmas weight i've put on!
The no smoking on the other hand.....kinda concerned!!

- A bit more exercise. Not too much as I think it's a bit overrated and I tend to feel ill afterwards. If it makes you feel ill it can't be that good for you right? Perhaps I'll do some swimming and ride my bike more.

- Send my completed scripts to Rebellion (I hope they're published in 2000 AD as Future Shocks or Terror Tales). If they don't accept them, send em to a fanzine or publish em myself, even if it's just online.
- Do something else creative.
- Get a job. If I can't get permanent work at least try to earn more with temping even if it's only leaflet delivery. (Actually I need to register again with the Jobcentre tomorrow. I put it off last week. Naughty me.)
- Be generally more positive and outgoing.
- Of course pay off my debts, but this is ongoing. Really ongoing if I'm just unemployed or temping.
- Be more sociable. This could mean hanging out with friends more. I quite like doing stuff alone though, but it's not good for long. Perhaps even have one of those relationship things that are so popular. I think that might be a long term goal though, or just a nice fantasy. (Still don't knock fantasy, it's better than real life most of the time. )
