I searched around online the other day and wasn't able to find anything. I have a couple more resources I want to tap. I'll update if I discover anything.

Not sure of the artist for the images you have provided, but The Body is one of 4 stories that originally appeared in Different Seasons
Yep, I know.
And I am also wondering if only The Body have been illustrated or not.
If yes, it would make sense to think that the illustrations are in a book with only that story, no?
Note : the text under the images is in english... so English/ American edition???
The U.S. Trade First edition has the most minimal of illustrations-4 total that precede each of the stories. They are not much more than a box with the four season icons placed each in a corner, with the title of the story in the middle.
i'm not sure this is it but there was an 80 page illustrated paperback edition of the body published in a condensed version by penguin longman publishing in 1999. it was a penguin reader, something for kids, so if this is where the illustrations came from it's not too surprising that it would be easily overlooked by collectors. can't find any info on the artist. amazon has a few copies available here if anyone wants to pick one up.
The printint ling on the copyright page might read:
15 16 17 18 19 20
I all likelyhood, yes.
I just ordered one. I'll let you know what it is when I get it.

I have this edition but had forgotten all about it. I just dug it out. The illustrations are indeed from this book. The artist is Ian Andrew.
The book was (according to the copyright page) published first in 1994 by Penquin books. My edition was published in 1999.
If anyone on this board would have it, it would be you, Carlos!

oh good! i was hoping i'd found the right book, i'm just so broke that i couldn't spend the ten bucks to find out.
Great guys, thank you very much...gonna update the stuff !
Any other illustrated book/tie-in in that edition?
