    ...the DT series was in one uniformed collection. Something like the Barsoom series collection (tradeback; not mass market) form: volume one, volume two, and volume three.

    I'm sure there will be a one-volume edition eventually. Why not? It'll sell. And also, I think there is a French edition like that. Three volumes? Two volumes?
