I voted to move it elsewhere. It doesn't REALLY have much to do about collecting King, but it IS interesting (as far as the true remembrances go).

I like the remembrances part, I have fond memories of the net but it never went in that direction. I like boobies too so I will abstain from voting.

I voted 'keep it here'. I'd say keep the remembrances and ditch the rest. I can see how it moved in the current direction and I'm not offended at all by the imagery but given the choice I'd rather read interesting stuff from 'back in the day' (when I didn't know anything about collecting King or being part of an online King community). If keeping it here means 'as is' I have no problem with that either.
if the collectors don't want it any longer, I'll be happy to accommodate it at Dixie Pig. My opinion is keep it or move it (to me), but don't archive it History is a good thing to keep handy.
As far as the unexpected turn it took at the last pages, I too suggest removing them altogether, but if the posters object, they will have to spoiler-tag the pictures before this thread lands in another forum. (or well, ok, the mods can do this after it does)

I voted to keep it here, most of us "hard core" collectors were there at one time or another, but if it went to Jean's "Dixie Pig" that would be cool too. I especially like finding the new name of folks I pissed off at DT.Net, which unfortunately seems to be my particular talent!!! LOL I agree with, Jean. History is what makes us all what we are today!!!

Oddly even though I met most of the people here from that forum and posted for a couple of years there I never once felt the urge to post in that thread as I have better memories with this forum than the old .net forums, so I voted to ditch it. But obviously I'm probably different than the others here since I always ignored it to begin with.

I have no idea what the remembrances thread is but I do know I'm sick of seeing threads in Calvins Corner that have nothing to do with any King has written so I would get rid or move it.
I'm fine with the thread, but it is probably more appropriate for the Dixie Pig. In any case the multitude of off-topic posts, entertaining as they are, should probably be moved to the appropriate threads.
