I don't know much about Chronicle but it appears to be in the vein of movies that I Am Number Six was in, so I doubt I'll ever watch it. Seems like a movie full of attractive actors playing listless characters with an obscene plot and special effects to fill all the holes I'm sure it will have. Then again like I said, I know hardly anything about it. Going to check out Eberts review now.

Reading reviews, it seems to be less "Misfits: The (Ripoff) Movie" like the initial trailers seemed to suggest, but still looks as unconventional a take on the whole "superpower" genre. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm probably being a bit bias because of the subject matter, but I've been interested in this film since I learned of it's existence.
Also, it currently has a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes, with 18/19 favorable reviews.
You'd enjoy Misfits, feev. That also concerns a group of teens getting superpowers, however it's different from most takes in that (a) it's British and (b) it's hysterical.

I just googled it, sounds interesting! I'm assuming it's on netflix? If so, I'll definitely scope out the first disc.
I like dark, tenebrous superhero themed tales (which is probably why a certain vigilante is my favorite superhero), and this looks to have the perfect blend of brooding elements and sci-fi tropes. I can't wait to see it.
Actually, I've heard it's on hulu in the US. Worth it for Nathan alone.
