I am glad it went to someone who can actually (gently) play it. How do you like the sound of it?

The guitar is gorgeous. I can't stop looking at it (which makes it most difficult to play! lol). It sounds amazing! The tone is rich and warm and it plays so smoothly and easily that it almost plays itself. It is without a doubt the nicest guitar that I have ever played (I have been playing recreationally for 25 years). I am by no means an expert but anyone who plays this guitar would fall in love with it. The bonus is that it arrived just in time for my birthday (March 10). I can't thank you enough, Jerome, for a pleasant and easy transaction from beginning to end. It will be well loved and pampered in its new home and played as it was meant to be. This might be the item that finally gets me to start a collection thread!

Awesome. Congratulations. That's the kind of guitar I need. One that plays itself My friend is an accomplished guitarist and he never shies away from telling me how awful and unteachable I am!

Hope it brings you many years of pleasure my friend.

After a few bigger purchases in the last weeks.... now 20

Because of a complete software change from my STUPID provider, all individually posted photos are GONE, and it´s not possible to post new pics from my album
The provider says that perhaps the problem is solved in a few weeks-months or ..... never

I've always had problems viewing your pictures. Sometimes they appear and sometimes they don't. I have never figured it out. It isn't simply a Firefox/IE issue. Sometimes I see things posted in one thread but can't see the same pictures posted in another thread. AFAIK, yours are the only ones I have intermittent trouble seeing.

The guitar sounds ( not "SOUNDS" as I have never heard nor played one !!! ) amazing, what is the going rate for a Cujo Taylor? I am always in the market for an incredible instrument. I collect guitars as well as books. This too can get expensive.

There is no "going rate", as they can't be found. Guitar Collectors have stashed them away. I know of one that I inquired about ~1 year ago and the person wanted $7K.

I know that Taylor's are pricey but wow, fair enough they are limited to 125 geetars. I seem to remember a number of years ago a handful appeared on eBay but can't for the life of me remember what they were up for. On the flipside, Ltd Gunslinger in one hand Taylor Cujo in the other, Taylor every time me thinks.

Actually there were/are 250. 125 Dreadnoughts, and 125 Grand Auditoriums. When in doubt, check the Collectibles Catalog:

Updated to include IT S/L puts me at 16. I gotta stop fucking around with artists and concentrate on King Sig's!!! LOL LOL

Have to admit though, the "Art" end of things really intrigues me.

    Merlin,

There is just something about getting the signature directly from him, that makes it feel special. I have reorganized my collecting goals. I want to collect his signature of 1st/1st editions. (along with good deals on S/L and neat UK editions, a few special proofs and all original printings of short stories, but mostly 1st/1st signed (in person).

Thanks for the Youtube clip RF. The Cujo certainly looks and sounds beautiful. I am now officially pining for one and my wallet is already in shock
