Insomnia #459
ANY S/L #459
I felt Better Call Saul season 3 was by far the best and most captivating season.

Will have to just slog it through to season 3 then.
Also giving Animal Kingdom a try. It's starting to lose me. Also just started Luther and that seems to have me hooked already.

I did a free trial so I could watch 11/22/63 when that was released, but cancelled it the next month. But then they had a special going on where it was only $6 a month for a year, I believe. So I have it now. Not sure how long I'll keep it for after that expires.
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
The Mist was just okay. It felt low rent to me. The acting and the way the pilot was shot was very underwhelming. Hopefully it gets better. I wish it wasn't on Spike. They don't have the track record other networks do when it comes to good TV.

Loving GLOW. Netflix hits it out of the park again.

Love the SyFy Grindhouse series Blood Drive. Has just about every perversion you can think of!
I was just randomly thinking, as I do, that it would be a cool tournament to have after we're finished with movie scenes, for the best TV theme or intro. Tons of great stuff to choose from, right? Could be something different.
Would it be for the theme song only for for the entire audio/video of the opening credits? So many sitcoms (especially ones with kids) change their openings from year to year as the kids start to age.
Then you have the Simpsons where it's different for every single episode.
Hearts are tough, she said, most times hearts don't break, and I'm sure that's right . . . but what about then? What about who we were then? What about hearts in Atlantis?
That's a good point. Not sure what the best way to do it would be. Maybe just the overall intro or a specific version.
I doubt this was ever in question, but Better Call Saul was just renewed for S4:
Author of The Road to the Dark Tower, Stephen King: A Complete Exploration of His Work, Life, and Influences and The Dark Tower Companion. Co-editor with Stephen King of the anthology Flight or Fright.
