Aren't these still available from Grant? If not I'd say the price has gone up...
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

How do you guys define an essay by an author?
Would you qualify a printed text which is subtitled /concluded by "comments taken by xxxx" and that has no Q&A, but just an "answer" an essay or an interview?

I would tend to say that if there is only an entire quote that doesnt have any added bits or addiionnal questions would sort of match the essay definition...

I'd call that an essay or statement.

Has anyone seen Stephen King Films FAQ? It showed up at Half Price Books with a heavy markdown so I picked up a copy. Is it just another hack job of someone trying to make a buck off of King or a legitimate quality book? The author is Scott Von Doviak.

This may be a silly question, but for those of you who have the PS Salem's Lot, before the sig. sheet there is a translucent sheet of paper, is that meant to be a free or bound in? Mine is detached, and I want to make sure that it's not a defect.

    Here's a pic:

Yep, it's all good. Just a loose protective leaf for the signature ink to not transfer on preceding page. And yes, I really love that edition, congrats.

Yes. I have one in the PS Thinner and Carrie for sure. Not sure about the others. I left them in, but they are loose. More protection never hurt.

Really? Never thought of this. Actually, my S/L IT signature sheet always has a very, very slight "stick" to the preceding sheet. There's no transfer, but seems to always be there. I'm going to look into it Ralph. Cheers

Good morning. CD's site has Charlie the Choo-choo up for sale. On other threads we read and saw this book on ebay sell for a TON signed by the author, Evans. CD and Amazon have listed this book for nothing nowhere near what it was selling for. So people, what do you think? Is this edition different then the ebay selling one? Anyone know what the print run is of this book? Or the value of the recently sold ones now?
