Having a hard time finding a CD slipcase for Joyland. Any suggestions on other slipcases to get for this book? I already have a couple of Jeff Whiley's cases, and I don't want a Dolso case for a paperback.

I am almost sure he said his slipcase will be for the S/L. He discussed not making a traycase since the lettered already had one. I don't think his will be for the paperback copy.
