    Lost; never have a seen a show that had such a fantastic start that also followed it up with a fantastic finale (i know it wasn't to everyones taste) but at least it had some thought behind it, unlike others that just ended with 'and then they lived happily ever after' or without actually answering any questions (hello Angel i am talking to you)

    and while it kills me to vote against Fringe as i also think this is a very well thought out programme, Lost tipped the scales with its character development and Tower related stuff that had the geek in my jumping up and down like an exciteable two year old
