I played the demo but it wasn't really my thing. I'm kind of burned out on Tarantino and the game play reminded me a lot of the matrix games which got old after awhile. The jump off of everything and do all action in slow motion is a cool option to have but I don't like being forced to do it incessantly. I think the game will appeal to some but not the masses.Just got confirmation that Wet has shipped. Anyone hear anything about it?!?

I must have pre-ordered Wet some time ago... I forgot all about it until I got the notice that it had shipped. Guess I'll give it a shot ( though forced slow motion stuff tends to get on my nerves ) and see how it goes. And ... there's always the trade-in at GameStop if I hate it.

I liked the demo of Wet. It definitely had a Quentin Tarantino feel to it.
We'll have to play Uncharted 2 together.And I hope you enjoy Wet. I'll look forward to your thoughts.
So apparently Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves is nothing short of perfection! Don't really care much about the MP, but boy oh boy I can't wait to try out the single player campaign!

I'm gonna pick up Fallout 3 GOTY edition when it comes out on the 13th. I've been waiting for this since it was talked about all most a year ago now.
I have a question for all the people that have used Steam on here. How does it work, Do you download the game and you can play off line or do you have to be online for it to work? I swear I read on some message board (I forget which one) that if Steam is down you can't play. The reason I ask is because I'm looking to get Oblivion for the PC and the version Steam is selling offers the GOTY version along with all the DLC that has come out for the 360.
It should work, but then again, I trust steam about as far as I can chuck this PC >.>
If Steam can't connect to the internet, it asks you, "Do you want to continue in Offline Mode," to which you can reply, "Of course!"
And then you can play your games.
