Had them all, however my favourite two are Boone and ED-E, only downside about Hardcore is, they can die, so I've stuck with Cass because I've heard there's a glitch making her "Essential", thus, unkillable.

I've drafted Rex and Lily. I tried to incorporate the mexican ghoul (Raul?) and Cass, but they both told me that they can't join me because I have too many followers. What's weird is that I get a prompt saying that I can only have one follower at a time, yet both Rex and Lily are waiting for me back home ... know anything about that ?

No, I mean I literally had 1 city. I built it, hunkered down. Won by economic/technology victories. Never attacking another city, converting a city or settling settlers. I gave up and gave the game to my brother. 50 gamerscore isn't worth the aggravation as much as I wanted it to be a complete (gamerscore) game.

I went there yesterday with Lily and I got the shit beat out of me(I'm level 24).
I thought there were only a few Mister Gutsys' and Security Bots, but when I open fired on one I got like 8 of each after me. Knowing I didn't stand a chance, I made a break for the Vertibird just to see what it was, but when I stood at the cusp of the crater I got blasted by a securi-bot
I think we might be thinking a different place, mine was just in a crater with no enemies, where abouts on the map is yours?

I love Steam. They have at least one amazing deal on a game I like every week. I bought 4 copies of Left 4 Dead 2 for $20(not each, $20 for all four copies) and gifted three to my friends a bit back, not to mention I don't have to bother going to the store to get a release I want. I can pre-order it and set it to start downloading as soon as it is available, and usually get something awesome for doing so. I personally think that Steam is one of the best things to happen to PC gamers in a long time. I also like the community feel of it, where you can see what games your friends are buying and playing and easily get the same game and invite them to play it with you or whatever. Of course, that is no different than xbox live or something on console, but Steam does a really great job of it for PC, imo.
That idea of a Steam ban is hilarious.
Ok, ban games that use Steam and then you won't have many of the great games that are out there on your shelves and people will just go buy it via Steam instead. That sounds like an excellent business model to stick it to Steam. haha.

WOW so i was just on live and was curious as to when I last played certain games. It said the last time I played MW2 was 12/27/09. That's the shortest time I've every played a game. If I remember right I only played for about a month before I was too pissed with the multiplayer and quit.
The problem with steam is not steam itself, but how cheap things are. I hear of people getting say, Black Ops for 30 bucks. When the game costs twice that or more.
I of couse, don't really know what steam is as I visit about 5 websites and am as ignorant of what is on the internet as cavemen were about fire.

There might have been a 24 hr special or something that was that cheap at some point. They do those from time to time. Right now, Black Ops is $59.99 on Steam. I especially like their sales on old games. I bought The first The Force Unleashed game a few weeks ago for $5 and Knights of the Old Repunlic for $2 when they had a week long Star Wars sale event with a new discounted game each day that was on sale for 24 hrs. When they have those sales, they are usually for a very limited time. In my opinion, the consumers always win in those cases. I assume the creators either agree to the price, or Steam paid for X copies and decided to move them at less of a profit, or at a loss after a while.
The problem with steam is not steam itself, but how cheap things are. I hear of people getting say, Black Ops for 30 bucks. When the game costs twice that or more.
I of course, don't really know what steam is as I visit about 5 websites and am as ignorant of what is on the internet as cavemen were about fire.
If you do much PC gaming at all, you should really give Steam a whirl. It is the land of milk and honey for PC gamers.
Another thing that I love about Steam that I didn't mention before is indie game distribution. I have encountered and bought several awesome indie games via steam that never would have seen shelf space in a conventional retail store.

Nah I don't PC game. Too expensive to keep up. Easier for me to splurg on a new console ever 5 years or so. Even if PC is better.

lol, if you only knew the time I've put into games. I'm at 120+ hours in FF13, spend over 100 hours playing Fallout. Then there was the old RPGs that got about 70-100 hours each on my master playthroughs.I have like 99hrs in Soul's Demons......... I'm running an Nvidia 9400 GT right now, which cost about $60. It's not that great, so my processor ends up taking most of the burden of a game. I plan on hooking myself up with an Nvidia GTX 465 (Imma 1-up you Chris :3) in January, which should make this machine so sexy it'll be able to run Metro 2033 on Max >:3
As Chris said, a good video Card will set you back 100-1000 bucks. The 465 is about $200, but you can can grab an Nvidia GTS 450 for $130, and still play quite a bit.
If you're looking to go lower you can grab something from the 200 series for as low as $50.
There's also Radeon GPUs, but I don't know shit about them, so I ain't touchin em.

WTF , that was weird - I went there during the night time and it was completely abandoned. The first time I showed up there was during the day and there was a legion of Mr. Gutsies and Security Bots. And yeah, I got the Tesla Cannon Prototype
I'm doing Mr. Yes' 'Wild Bets' side quest where you have to make contact with the Brotherhood of Steel, right ? But as soon as I get near them they start blasting me away ! I'm assuming it's because I'm affiliated with the NCR, yes ?
OMG Modded Oblivion is awesome. I've done so much to it. It isn't even the same game any more.
