The words written upon this paper, are none compared to the words written upon my heart
"It's his eyes, Roland thought. They were wide and terrible, the eyes of a dragon in human form" - Roland seeing the Crimson King for the first time.
"When the King comes and the Tower falls, sai, all such pretty things as yours will be broken. Then there will be darkness and nothing but the howl of Discordia and the cries of the can toi" - From Song of Susannah
Thought I explained myself later in the thread....
Actually I did. The "oh my God" was in reference to what Norman had DONE to the poor woman....
But yeah, I'm finding it easy to read and hooking my attention easily (and I'm enjoying it)--a welcome change after Bag of Bones.

At this rate I might well finish Rose Madder tonight!
Whenever I do, next on my reading list is Desperation.
Good choice!

That's what I did as well. It's a bit confusing at first but you figure it out pretty quickly.

JUST FINISHED "NEXT" BY MICHEAL CHRICHTON. IT WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT HE HAS BETTER BOOKS. NOW I AM READING "BLAZE", NOT TOO BAD.
This is probably going to sound really stupid after I just did it, but I don't think you realize that when you type in all caps it's the Internet equivalent to yelling at everyone.
And actually, I WAS yelling at feev.
Oh, and let us know what you think of Blaze. Great book, IMHO.
