I'm on a slightly prolonged DT re-read these days. Read DT 1 to 5, then paused it to read the new Wheel of Time Book + King's Full Dark, no Stars. Now reading DT6, but boughr the new Stephen Donaldson book today (Against All Things Ending) so i'll read that next - then on to DT7.

I want a book seires to read (and please do not tell me Song of Fire and Ice) I read books way to fast for my own good. Also does anyone know any good children books?
The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher, if you haven't read those. They are always my first recommendation these days when people want series recommendations.

I just finished Black House today - which I thought was great (not as good as talisman - but still great) and seen my gf had a copy of The Northern Lights - I picked it up for a scan through and got about 6 chapters in...fantastic so far

I am currently reading "John Dies at the End" by David Wong. They said it's like Douglas Adams meeting Stephen King. I will reserve judgement. Just read "Agent to the Stars" by John Scalzi and I loved it!!!!

Ooops, I thought JB said the Outlander series when I first looked at his post. I don't know what the Otherland series is.
Liz - John Dies at the End is AMAZING. But really, really weird. It's like the best, strangest book I've ever read. The author is working on a sequel and I can't flipping wait.

I just picked up Tom Clancy's newest Jack Ryan book: Dead or Alive. I've loved most of the Jack Ryan novels, so I've got some high hopes for this one, even though it's written "with Grant Blackwood".

Halfway through A Storm of Swords right now. If someone had told me 2 books ago that I would start to like Jaime Lannister, I'd have slapped them. These books are unbelievable.

I definitely will start! I ventured in once and had something spoiled for me (naturally), so I've decided to wait til I'm done with Feast for Crows to head back in. I think I've said this already, but it takes all my will power not to go back in there!
