Mike, it sounds like we think the same way when it comes to collecting. I consider a rarity at less than perfect condition for the right price to be an acceptable acquisition, but if it's a book, author or edition I really love, I'll upgrade when that opportunity arises.

Not so much PC versus numbered, personally. I won't pay the same for a PC as a numbered/lettered, but I don't feel the need to update a PC edition.

Even though I can't say what they are yet, because I don't have access to them, I can say that Travalin Jack sent me some books. I will be able to see what they are on Tues.

Traviln Jack was nice enough to send me two gifts out of the blue. He sent me a Bag of Bones proof and a Hearts in Atlantis proof. So I want to publicly thank him for that. Now my proof collection has 4 books so I am on my way.

Yea. It was out of the blue. A total surprise. I have seen it happen often here on this forum but never thought it would happen to me.

2 more signed books. Should be on their way today. I will keep quiet until I have them in hand. Nothing super major, but it fills in my collection a bit more.

Not in hand, but at my house. The two are The Blackhouse S\L and the UK Wizard and Glass with the signature on the a book plate. I know some people find that not too desirable, but still there are only 500 of them and David convinced me it was a good buy. So pics of my new stuff... who knows.

The paper work seems to be a letter from Stephen King and a letter from the publisher.

Any chance to please get a closeup of King's letter?
Cause I have pictures of what I wrote was a UK version of the letter but it seems shorter ?

Yea Adam, it is a sweet looking book and case. Very solid and nice book overall. I can't wait to check it out some more.
