Oh my god, if Brendan Frasier, Corey Feldman or Ethan Hawke were in a DT movie I might vomit.

thats all i have to say on the matter brice
The more I read this thread, the more convinced I become that there should be total unknown actors in all the main roles.
Neal McDonough as Roland....dye his hair, but the eyes man..
The Tardis (Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) duh!
I just saw Moon on Friday, and got it into my head that Sam Rockwell could do a great Eddie, personality-wise. The accent might break it though.
zaphod beeblebrox?!
sam rockwell is 40 which could present a bit of a problem playing a character that's 21 or 23 depending on which page of drawing of the three is correct.
it's why i'd prefer animated if it had to be done at all. they could still get great actors and their ages would be meaningless.
waitwaitwaitWAIT.
are we talking the totally awesome genndy tartakovsky clone wars mini series?
or the crap that they put out in the theatre that they're now showing ceaselessly on CN?
if it's not the first one, i don't even want an answer.
hmmmm....I'm not sure. I was talking about the Clone Wars Animated movie, if that makes a difference. I really haven't checked out the series. I assumed it was all the same animation.
The Tardis (Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) duh!
that one sucks.
this is the good one:
:eta: the one that was good was done in 2003. that's the one people should be watching. the animation was AMAZING.
oh I did see one of those. I think the first one. I thought the animation was a bit cartoonish.
The Tardis (Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) duh!

Charles Bronson as Roland?
no?
I'd probably get the part of Chevin of Chavin, or someone like that. (I probably got his name wrong though)
Some are born to sweet delight,
some are born to the endless night.
I think Hugh Laurie has the best eyes out of suggestions so far.
They could never get the perfect person that fits with everybodys inner picture of Roland.
As for The Tick Tock Man...

Has anyone catalogued the references to the the Dark Tower in the Coheed and Cambria albums/Graphic Novels?
coheed
Hugh has the best eyes for the gunslinger in my opinion although Josh Brolin could be really good.
It's impossible to pick someone who would satisfy everyones imagination
