Just catching up on pages of posts in this thread. It always makes me happy to see how my friends are expanding their collections!
Over the past weekend while out of town, I picked up a little book signed by King some time ago. From what I could tell, the store had only had it in their inventory for about ten days, so maybe I got lucky. Then again, maybe not. Honestly I hadn't heard of the book before buying it.
I really need to get a camera so I can post photos. (No camera, not even on my cellphone, until I make it to the store.)
I bought this on sort of an impulse on eBay the other day because I didn't have one. Then I got to thinking that I don't think I have ever seen a "PC" copy of this title before.
The seller turned out to be Earl Geier who drew the artwork used for the endpapers and drew the cute little ghost on the signing/limitation page. I guess with 64 people signing (assuming they each got a "PC" copy) that's where they all went.
Anyway, I'm pleased to put this one on the shelf.
Very nice, Bob! That's a neat little drawing, too!
John
cool!!!
Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.
Nice, Bob!
Congrats.
I love Geier's little ghost by his sig!

That ghost looked familiar - so I got out my Best of S/N (#240 of 400) and I have a little ghost next to that signature too! :-)
DT Spoiler - Enter at your own risk!
Spoiler:
They all have the little ghost next to the signature.
That book is somewhere on my wish list. Congrats, Bob!

I browsed it quickly, it's a very nice book! I like the concept of the double side, double cover (even though i wish they were more different)
Publication date : october 26. Planned for halloween :-)
CREEPSHOW : french 2nd printing... got it for almost nothing!

The best I ever got was the signed (not slipcased) edition of PostScripts #10 for $55.
I got one today too. Supposed to be scarce. Time will tell.
Somewhat large for a proof. About 10" x 7".
Uh oh......Brilliant!
