According to him, he makes them. Of course, he's also copyright infringing on all of them, as I doubt he's gotten permission to use the cover art for any of those cases he peddles:)

It would be valued as if it didn't have a dust jacket at all. If it's not a 1st edition DJ, then it's pointless on a 1st edition book. I'd say for 150 it would have to be absolutely perfect. More...
