Indeed. Classy.
I can't even remember when was the last time I posted a new King P&J so here's a few:
Pet Sematary new edition hardcover first printing
The latest Barnes and Noble omnibus
The Shining S/L from...
That's a very thoughtful gift. Congrats.
That's what I did with some books. I didn't have infinite space and I'll always go with a book that looks "better" to me. My The Shining, Night Shift, The Stand, 'Salem's Lot were all signed firsts...
That Different Seasons is out of this world. Even sweeter because of the inscription.
I bought two King collectibles after a six-month dry spell: Night Shift from PS and The Shining GE from CD. Both publishers did a tremendous job. Very happy to add these to the collection.

The SK Companion in hardcover was neither easy to find nor was it cheap for a trade edition. Worth the money and wait though.

Damn, that Carrie is nice. I still need that and The Gunslinger tpb variant.

Plus both editions of Skeleton Crew:

I just received The Year's Finest Fantasy Volume 2. It features the first hardcover appearance of The Gunslinger.
I made a quick stop at a Goodwill book store on my way to work. I found a stack of Omni magazines and lo and behold, both issues with excepts from Firestarter were there. Scored both for fifty cents.
Chapters in London, Ontario. That's about ten hours from Maine. You coming over for coffee and new King?
I just picked up the new edition of Joyland. They had The Bazaar...so I got that too.
Labour Day in Canada too. With an extra "u" too!

Indeed. Colour me jealous.
It takes years for a signature to change over time. These signature sheets were signed by Johhny Mains over a very short period of time - maybe a couple of weeks or less.
If this was a Stephen...
She came pretty close without any context. I'm sure she would've nailed The Crate, The Leprechaun and a few others had she read the stories. Good job.
Unreal.
Mount it on the wall and see how long it takes for her to notice. Then plead the fifth. "Oh, this old thing...I forgot I had it."
