Yes. I don't often write horror poetry but when I do it flows like a flash flood and I struggle to keep it restrained so that it can be somewhat artful.

I have always love horror poetry! The Vigil was right down my alley.


B.C. as to writing The Vigil; was it difficult or did it flow from you like water?

You ran so fast, you nearly shook your past,
But even so you wound up late.

I rather like that line.

This poem has such a shape. I love the message but shaping is hard to do well.
