I remember some of Donald Grant's news letters stating that Phil Hale had stopped by there office and signed stacks of them. The price remained the same. There seem to plenty of the signed copies out...

Within the US I would say no more than $20 media mail. I shipped just the book back to Jared, TN. to CO. it was $10 media mail...this was 5yrs ago though.

I go through spells where I loose interest in collecting. As previously said get those books out..feel, touch, smell and read them,,,,,,,gets the juices flowing. I'm gaining new interest with the new...
