FWIW. I ordered a reading copy on Friday from Amazon and received it yesterday. It surprisingly arrived in great condition and is a 1st/1st.
I'm willing to go on a trek around town here if anyone is in need of a 1st/1st. Probably be a day or two before I'll have time though. PM if interested. Adam (Father Cody) has several copies too.

I'm now buying my 1st from Camelot because they come in mylar at no extra cost. I've never got around to ordering mylar and would probably screw it up anyway. Plus she uses cool wrapping paper...
