Sam's Club didn't have ANY copies...OR Wal-mart. What gives?

My B&N only had about two dozen copies, some firsts, some seconds. Out of the firsts, none were really "collection copy worthy." Gonna try eBay unless anyone here managed to pick up an extra F/F copy...
