$320 seems a good price to me. The rubbing is a well known issue and lots of the books have it, but it's still The Shining s/l! Good stuff.

I got my Stand for about $650 with a damaged box like that one. Mine is worse as that splitting to the corners also appears on the box as well as the lid. But for that kind of price I couldn't say...
