Otto Penzler did the Mysterious Press limited edition of Cujo. It basically saved Penzler's business. I think it's a pretty good guess that is who the book is signed for. That would be pretty cool...

I listed a copy as nice as this and it sold for $2200. I did start higher though John yet no buyers. If that helps
