That's great.
There is a huge difference in fighting styles in the trilogies. The biggest of course being Obi Wan and Vader in part 4. Now, Lucas has said that they don't move as good in A New...
I agree, but after that, I thought it was really boring and there was far too much CGI with Mustafar. I could tell they were just jumping around on a green screen.
I agree completely that...
I kind of wish the Jedi's when they die in Sith had a bit more of a battle before they died.
Oh man, I love the duel on Jabba's sail barge. Luke kicked ass in that, it was so rad. And of course Leia looked amazing.
I just wished Boba Fett didn't die in the film like that, it was more...
How would you guys rank the lightsaber battles in these movies? Do you have a favorite?
Mine would be the one in Empire. The set was just gorgeous with the smoke and color of their blades. Then...
Also, Anakin never knew that Luke and Leia were born. So, when the Emperor says he killed Padme, he is also saying that he killed the baby as well. So it's a double blow to him.
I think Anakin killed her with his anger---literally shut down her mind.
That would be much more tragic and dramatic, yeah, I am going with that one.
My complaint with Padme is that she gives birth two twins and dies because she feels she doesn't have the will to live now that Anakin is dead. She just had TWINS!! Kids aren't a reason to have the...
Natalie Portman looked pretty good in it, especially in Revenge of the Sith.
I also really loved that blue skinned Twi'lek named Aayla Secura.
I loved Obi Wan in the prequels. Ewan McGregor was excellent casting. He did a pretty good Alec Guiness voice and I like how in each film you can see Obi Wan go from young Padawan to teaer to Jedi...
That is a good scene.
Love in Jedi when Luke gives in to his rage for a moment and is striking Vader, knocks him down, takes his hand, and before giving the final blow realizes he is on the path...
As many complaints as I have about the second trilogy, I still get chills when Obi Wan screams "You were the chosen one!"

Yeah, that is a great scene. I like it since he...
True, good point.
I prefer Yoda as a puppet, especially in Empire and Jedi, Oz did such great work. And while Yoda was so many years younger in EP 1, I really didn't like how the puppet looked, but that is a minor...
Wow, these are excllent SW related posts!
OK:
Flaggwalkstheline: Zahn's novels are just awesome. They helped rekindle the love of SW back in the 90's, and the comic adaptations are pretty cool...
Darth Maul died off way too early and easy in the series. I was hoping he'd make it to Ep 3 and fight Vader.
Though, in an issue of Star Wars Tales, a comic, Vader and Maul fight and Vader kicks...
Oh without a doubt, it was great to see the films on the big screen, a nice experience.
The original trilogy has so many great scenes. I really don't think the prequels line up well with the orig. trilogy, just too many holes and loose ends.
As for the special editions, they are...
Huge, huge Star Wars fan here. Absolutely love the original films. I sort of like the prequels and special editions, but don't love them. I do own them and will wath them if on TV, but I prefer...
