I think the reason nobody responded to your post is... nobody knows. They rarely/virtually never come up for sale. There aren't any listed on Abe Books or eBay and there haven't been any sold...
It looks great! Everyone I know who has received their copy has commented on how nice the production is. Hopefully my copy will be arriving soon!
Ordered! This novel is long overdue for a nice hardcover limited edition. I re-read it recently and it has held up really well, such a gripping story by the masterful McCammon!
