It could be that they bound the existing paperback into a hardcover.
EDIT: Pretty sure Brian's right. Google shows it as a third printing sans the hardback isbn.
I was thinking that but the copyright page is slightly different. Why not change the printing number if you are going to create a new ISBN and call it the "first Scribner hardcover edition"....
The google preview shows a 3rd printing as well and it has a date of 5/17/17 on the image.

Try a mr. clean magic eraser. Works well for surface dirt.
