There is a signed limited of Desperation for sale on eBay without the traycase. Does anyone know if there is anywhere to buy a replacement? I assume most collectors would be unwilling to part.

1st/1st The Gunslinger. Book is in very good condition, but dust jacket has edge fraying, a small tear on the top of the spine, and spots of discolouration (only on the front). 500$ + Free shipping...

That's definitely more palatable. I just wanted it because it's a shame having a damaged copy of such a nice book, even if it's not my display copy.

Thanks for the offer, but it's a little more than what I'm looking for. I guess I'll hold out until a good deal comes along. This is to replace the damaged jacket on my 2nd copy, so it's not urgent....
