I received my S/L copy today. Same thin cardboard envelope with absolutely no padding inside. The book was literally sliding around in there. The shrink wrap is not torn except for a tiny tear on one...

I don't know, but a previous post in this thread (#97) claimed that Waterstones were using second printing blocks for the S/L. Maybe it was a joke and I am slow.

I have also received a shipping notice (this morning), and the status has changed on my Waterstones order in my account. Let's hope for a minimum of dings, scratches and dents.

I also got a "problem with your order" email from Waterstones. Called bank and they reactivated the card for overseas transactions. Called Waterstones on +44 20 8045 1001 with my order number and...
