Ending is different and Nora’s story line is changed in the show. There are other smaller differences if I recall.

Just finished Station Eleven and now debating if I want to get sub press' limited edition.

Apparently McFadyen was sick for a while but his next book is to be released in September, at least that what Amazon says.

The books were great and it will be very hard to for the show to match up. I will give it a watch anyways.
